Bethani Thibodeau

Biography

Bethani Thibodeau has dedicated over 25 years to Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company, establishing a distinguished career in the insurance industry. She began as an Inside Claims Representative and was swiftly promoted to the field, where she excelled as a Senior Field Claims Representative. In this role, she served as a multi-line adjuster, leveraging her expertise in inspections, investigations, litigation, negotiation, and claims resolution.

For more than a decade, Bethani has served as a Field Claims Manager, where she leads her team with a focus on professional development and fosters a collaborative culture across her district, region, and department. She is involved in industry associations, including the Fox Valley Adjusters Association, Wisconsin Claims Counsel, The Gavel, TIDA, PLRB, and CLM.

Committed to continuous learning, Bethani has completed multiple leadership programs, such as the Center for Professional and Executive Development through UW-Madison, Desire to Learn with UW-Milwaukee, and The Institutes’ Executive Education Program at the Darden Executive Education, University of Virginia.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bethani devoted 25 years to coaching volleyball, serving as a Head Coach at various levels from youth to collegiate athletes. Her dedication to the sport has been recognized with inductions into both her high school and college Athletic Hall of Fame, honoring her accomplishments as a student-athlete and as a successful Head Volleyball Coach.

Most recently, Bethani has expanded her commitment to service by volunteering with the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Brown County and the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park in Northeast Wisconsin, further demonstrating her dedication to giving back to her community.
